Flash to the Nylon Music Issue. New & Upcoming bands...PHOENIX! As we sit staring at the magazine cover, Gaby and I look at each-other and go "new?" The point is, Phoenix had been on our radar all the way back since we listened to the Citizen Cope-Esc "Run Run Run" off theirAlphabetical album in 2004. And of course we're happy for one of our favorite bands' new found success, but somewhat sad that their shows have now become SOLD OUT! But whatever, we still got to go and see them at The Wiltern in LA and of course it was a FANTASTIC show. Thomas Mars voice sounded even better in person than on their new album Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix and we got some pretty amazing shirts.
