Vinnie Ferra played a sold out show at The Knitting Factory in Hollywood last night, and he kindly asked me to sing with him. I sang two covers with Vinnie, the first was "9 Crimes" by Damien Rice. For the second, my favorite of the two, we were joined by Noah Gersh on guitar for "John Wayne Gacy, Jr." by Sufjan Stevens off the Illinois album. The night was a success with many scantily-clad fans cheering at the show then rushing to the Le Deux after party.Thursday, January 8, 2009
